How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If your order comes in after 3pm AEST, we’ll start packing it the next morning.

Once your order is on the move, you’ll receive tracking details straight to your inbox so you can follow your BrewLaLa every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we offer shipping within Australia. We're working on expanding internationally, so stay tuned for updates on global shipping options.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text (depending on your selected preference). You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery through our courier’s website.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary based on your location. Typically, orders within Australia with standard shipping take 3-7 business days for delivery, and with express shipping expect 1-3 business days. Please check the tracking information for the most accurate estimate.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Don’t worry—these things happen!  Just send us a message at hello@brewlala.com or fill out our contact form as soon as you can. Be sure to include your order number and the correct address. We’ll do our best to fix it before your brew ships out!

I'm afraid if it's already shipped we cannot stop your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We aim to process and ship orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a picture of the product. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
