That’s why we created our Happiness Guarantee: if your first pouch is still sitting in your cupboard after 30 days, we’ll refund you.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to make sure you get your coffee as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@brewlala.com.au.
While we can’t guarantee changes once the order has been packed or shipped, we’ll do our very best to help.

Can I return the products if I change my mind?

For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened or unopened food products if you simply change your mind.
We encourage you to choose carefully based on the detailed product descriptions on our website.

I received the wrong order. What do I do?

We’ll get it sorted right away by sending the correct item or arranging a replacement.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your parcel arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us straight away with a photo of the issue.
We’ll review it and, depending on the situation, send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever makes it right.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

If you’ve entered the wrong address, please email us at hello@brewlala.com.au as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.
Unfortunately, once your parcel has been sent, we can’t change the address or issue a refund for items delivered incorrectly.
