Your payment method will only be charged when your next order is ready to ship.

No need to remember to reorder—we'll take care of it for you.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely.

  • Skip a delivery
  • Change your delivery schedule

  • Update your payment details

at any time through your customer portal.

 

Please note: To receive the introductory 20% discount, subscriptions require a minimum of three orders before cancellation.

How do I manage my subscription?

After placing your first subscription order you'll receive an email with a secure link to your customer portal.

 

From there you can:

  • Change your delivery schedule
  • Skip an order
  • Pause your subscription
  • Update your payment details
  • Change products
  • Cancel your subscription (after your first three orders)

You can also manage everything by logging into your BrewLaLa customer account.

What happens if my payment doesn't go through?

If we're unable to process your payment, we'll send you an email with a secure link so you can update your payment details.

 

Once updated, your subscription will continue as normal.
