BrewLaLa was born from my own lived experience. Growing up I was always overweight and after having children the weight just kept creeping up. Yet, finding the time and energy to focus on me and do something about it felt impossible. 

 

In 2022, after yet another failed attempt to lose weight, I decided to have weight loss surgery. While it was the best decision of my life, surgery was just the beginning. Post-surgery, there's the daily struggle of staying on track — hitting your protein goals, fighting food noise and cravings — constantly aware how easy it would be to regain the weight you've fought so hard to lose.

 

For years, I stirred protein into my coffee to ensure I was hitting my protein targets and protecting my progress. That one habit sparked a bigger vision: to create something simple yet powerful — a high-protein coffee with carefully chosen functional ingredients to support satiety, metabolism and sustained energy, helping women feel fuller for longer and making it easier to stay on track.

I make my coffee in the mornings by putting two scoops in a little hot water and pouring over zymil milk and ice and drink it on the way to work. I feel great! I have so much more energy and I’m not feeling so drained in the afternoons like I was before trying my protein coffee. I will definitely be buying more!!

I’m really enjoying the Hot Choc so far. It isn’t too sweet so I can add sweetness when I want. I warmed the milk in the microwave first then added the mixture. I was hopeful but didn’t have really high expectations because protein enriched products can disappoint, but I will be buying this again.
