Welcome to the BrewLaLa Affiliate Program! We're excited to have you on board. 

By joining, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully.

Content Usage

You grant BrewLaLa permission to use the UGC content you have created (video, photo, or audio) featuring BrewLaLa products in:

 - Paid advertising (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google)

 - Organic social media content

 - BrewLaLa’s website, emails, and promotional material

You retain ownership of your content but grant BrewLaLa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for marketing purposes.

Commission Structure

PAID ADVERTISING:

- You will be compensated based on the performance of your UGC in paid ads.

- You will receive a commission on sales attributed to ads featuring your content.

- Commission is 10% on paid advertising, based on the final sale amount (excluding shipping).

- BrewLaLa will handle ad creation and placement

- BrewLaLa will pay the cost of advertising.

- Sales will be tracked using advertising analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).

 

ORGANIC USAGE:

As part of this program, you’re welcome to share your BrewLaLa UGC — or any BrewLaLa-branded content — on your personal social media pages, blog, or other platforms.

- You’ll receive a unique referral link to share in your content. When someone clicks your link, the discount is automatically applied at checkout, and your commission is tracked — no need for them to enter a code.

- You will also receive a personal coupon code that you can share with your friends, family, and followers. The coupon code gives your audience a discount on their BrewLaLa order.

- Commission is 17.5% of purchases made using your referral link or coupon code. The commission is calculated on the final net sale amount (excluding shipping)

- Commissions are automatically tracked through the GOAFFPRO affiliate app, so you can see your results in real time.

Payout Terms

- Payouts are made monthly on the 15th of the month once your balance reaches $50 or more.

- Payments are made automatically.

- Payments are processed via PayPal. A valid PayPal address is required.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to join.

BrewLaLa reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in posts. 

For example:

 -  "This post contains affiliate links. I earn a small commission at no extra cost to you."

 - "Use my code XXXXX for X% off — I get a small kickback when you do!"

 

You may not:

 - Use “BrewLaLa” or related trademarks in domains or paid ads.

 - Make false claims or health-related claims about products.

 - Promote through spam or coupon websites.

 - Misrepresent BrewLaLa in any way.

Intellectual Property

BrewLaLa branding (logos, images, content) may only be used to promote BrewLaLa and must not be altered or misused.

All brand assets remain the exclusive property of BrewLaLa.

Tracking and Attribution

Sales are tracked through your unique link or discount code.

BrewLaLa is not responsible for untracked referrals due to customer privacy settings, ad blockers, or external interference.

Termination

- This agreement remains in effect until cancelled by either party.

- You may revoke usage permission by emailing BrewLaLa, and your content will be removed from active use within 14 business days.

- BrewLaLa may also discontinue use of your content at any time.

 

Upon termination:

- Tracking links and access will be disabled.

- Any commissions payable will be paid in the next cycle.

- BrewLaLa retains the right to continue using any content shared during the partnership for the next 14 business days.

Limitation of Liability

BrewLaLa is not liable for any indirect damages, lost earnings, or technical issues affecting affiliate tracking, payment, or availability.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.

Privacy

We collect only essential information (e.g. name, email, PayPal) for program participation.

Your data will never be shared with third parties unless required for payment or legal compliance.

By joining the BrewLaLa Affiliate Program, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these terms.
