Here's a thought that might feel a little confronting.
What other people think about you is actually none of your business.
They might think you're too loud. Too quiet. Too confident. Not confident enough.
They might have opinions about your weight, your surgery, your food choices, your relationships or how you're living your life.
And sometimes, those opinions can hurt.
But here's what matters.
Someone else's opinion is not a fact about you.
It's their interpretation, shaped by their experiences, beliefs and expectations.
And you don't have to adopt it as your truth.
Think about how much energy we spend worrying about being judged, misunderstood or disliked.
How often do we change our behaviour, stay quiet or hold ourselves back because we're worried about what someone might think?
You cannot control their thoughts.
But you can learn to trust your own judgement.
Because the most important relationship you'll ever have is the one you have with yourself.
