Hi lovely,

This week's ONE THING is simple—but it has the power to change the way you see yourself.

If I'm honest, this is something I've had to practise too.

So many of us are quick to notice what still needs fixing.

We focus on the weight we haven't lost, the habits we're still working on, or the parts of ourselves we wish were different.

But somewhere along the way, we forget to acknowledge the woman who's been doing the work all along.

So, this week's ONE THING it to:

Practice Gratitude for You 💛

Not gratitude for your family.

Not gratitude for your friends.

Not even gratitude for your life.

Gratitude for you.

For the woman who made the brave decision to change.

For the woman who keeps showing up—even on the hard days.

For the woman who's learning, growing and becoming.

Because confidence doesn't only grow from achieving more.

It grows when you start recognising the person who's already making it happen.

This week’s practice — NOTICE · APPRECIATE · CELEBRATE

Step 1 — NOTICE

Take a few quiet minutes and think about everything you've navigated over the past year.

Not just the milestones.
The setbacks too.

The appointments.
The difficult conversations.
The moments you wanted to give up but didn't.

Notice how much you've carried—and how far you've come.

Step 2 — APPRECIATE

Write down three things you're genuinely grateful for about yourself.

They don't have to be big.

Perhaps you're grateful that you're more resilient.
That you're kinder to yourself than you used to be.
That you keep getting back up after difficult days.

These are the qualities that create lasting change.

Step 3 — CELEBRATE

Choose one way to honour yourself this week.

It might be taking yourself for a walk somewhere beautiful.
Buying yourself flowers.
Enjoying a quiet coffee.
Writing in your journal.

Not as a reward for being "good enough."

Simply because you're worthy of appreciation today.

A small reflective coaching question

If you truly appreciated yourself the way you appreciate the people you love, what would you do differently this week?

Your weekly mantra:

A note from me.

So many women wait until they've reached their goal weight before they allow themselves to feel proud.

But I don't believe gratitude should come at the finish line.

The woman you are today has already overcome challenges that a younger version of you never imagined she could.

Don't overlook her.

She's the reason you're here.

And she deserves your appreciation just as much as anyone else does.
