Hi lovely,

This week’s ONE THING might surprise you.

We’re often told:
“Be original.”
“Don’t compare.”
“Just be yourself.”

And yes — that matters.

But there’s another truth that’s just as powerful: Success leaves clues.

So this week, your ONE THING is to:

BE A COPY CAT — INTENTIONALLY

Not in a comparison way.

Not in a self-doubting way.

But in a smart, strategic, self-respecting way.

In life, it’s easy to feel like you have to figure everything out alone.

What to do and eat.
How to stay consistent.
How to build confidence.
How to maintain results.

How to keep going when things don't go to plan.

But look around you.

There are women who:

  • stay consistent
  • speak kindly to themselves
  • follow through on their commitments
  • maintain their weight
  • don’t spiral after a tough day
  • keep showing up, even when it's hard

Instead of thinking:
“She’s just better at this than me.”

Try asking:
“How does she actually show up?”

Because this isn’t about copying someone’s body.

It’s about copying behaviours — and more importantly, patterns.

How she speaks.

What she focuses on.

How she spends her time.

How she responds when things don’t go to plan.

This week’s practice — Observe · Choose · Practice

Step 1 — Observe

Think of one woman (in real life or online) whose mindset or habits you admire.

Ask yourself:

What does she consistently do?

Not the results — the behaviours.

Does she:

  • speak with self-respect?
  • stay focused on what matters?
  • take responsibility for her choices?
  • reset quickly after setbacks?
  • stay calm and consistent, even on hard days?

Be specific.

Step 2 — Choose

Pick ONE behaviour she models that you could practice this week.

Not all of them.
Just one.

Clarity creates action.
Overwhelm creates nothing.

Step 3 — Practice

Act as if you are practicing being that version of yourself.

Not pretending.
Practicing.

For example:
“I’m practicing being someone who follows through.”
“I’m practicing being someone who resets quickly.”
“I’m practicing being someone who speaks kindly to herself.”

You don’t become that woman overnight.

You become her through repetition.

A small reflective coaching question

Instead of asking:

“Why am I not like her?”

Ask:

“What does she do that I can start doing?”

That question puts you back in control.

Your weekly mantra:

A note from me.

You don’t need to reinvent yourself from scratch.

You’re allowed to learn from women who are a few steps ahead.

You’re allowed to borrow habits before they feel natural.

You’re allowed to practise confidence before you fully feel it.

Because becoming the next version of yourself doesn’t happen through perfection.

It happens through repetition.

One decision.

One pattern.

One small shift at a time.
