Hi lovely,

This week’s ONE THING is simple.

But don’t underestimate it — because sometimes the smallest shifts create the biggest change in how we feel.

When we are on a weight loss journey, so much focus goes inward.

Your body.
Your food.
Your progress.
Your habits.

And while that’s important, it can also become… heavy.

So this week, we’re gently shifting your focus outward — in a way that still supports you.

So this week, your ONE THING:

AN ACT OF KINDNESS A DAY

Not something big.
Not something performative.

Just one small, intentional act of kindness — every day.

Because kindness doesn’t just impact the person receiving it.

It changes you.

It softens the way you move through the world.
It lifts your mood.

It reconnects you to something bigger than your own thoughts.

And after weight loss — when your mind can sometimes feel noisy or critical — that shift matters.

Kindness interrupts overthinking.

It creates perspective.

It reminds you that you are more than your body, your weight, or your progress.

And something else happens too.

The way you treat others… starts to influence the way you treat yourself.

This week’s practice — NOTICE · OFFER · RECEIVE

Step 1 — NOTICE

Look for opportunities.

They’re everywhere — but we often rush past them.

Someone who looks like they’re having a hard day.
A message you’ve been meaning to send.
A moment where you could choose patience instead of frustration.

Kindness starts with awareness.

Step 2 — OFFER

Do one small thing.

It might be:

  • a genuine compliment
  • a kind message
  • letting someone go ahead of you
  • checking in on a friend
  • speaking gently instead of reacting

It doesn’t need to be big to matter.

Consistency is more powerful than intensity.

Step 3 — RECEIVE

This part matters just as much.

Notice how it feels after you offer kindness.

Lighter.
Calmer.
More connected.

Let yourself take that in.

Because you’re not just giving something away — you’re creating a feeling within yourself.

A small reflective coaching exercise

If you treated yourself with the same kindness you offer others…

What would change?

And how would you show up today?

Your weekly mantra:

A note from me.

Kindness isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about choosing — again and again — how you want to show up.

And when you practise it daily, something shifts.

Not just in your relationships.

But in your confidence.
Your energy.
Your sense of self.

You don’t have to do everything.

Just one small act.

That’s enough.
