This week’s ONE THING is a little different.

 

It’s not about habits, routines, or motivation. It’s about energy.

 

Because sometimes, even when we’re trying to move forward, part of us still feels emotionally tied to people, situations, conversations, or versions of ourselves from the past.

 

And that attachment can quietly affect how we feel, how we think, and how we show up in our lives.

 

It can keep us stuck in old emotions.


Old hurt.
Old resentment.
Old stories about who we are.

 

This week, we’re creating space to let some of that go.

CUT THE CORD

Cord cutting is a visualisation process designed to help you release the emotional energy connecting you to another person, experience, or memory.

 

This doesn’t mean you stop loving someone.


It doesn’t mean pretending something never happened.

 

It simply means:
“I no longer want this connection to have power over my emotions, energy, or peace.”

 

Because when we stay emotionally attached to pain, conflict, resentment, guilt, or old versions of ourselves — part of our energy stays there too.

 

And it becomes harder to fully move forward.

 

I’ve recorded a cord cutting process for you to follow.

 

This will walk you through it step-by-step — so you don’t have to overthink it, and you can simply allow yourself to experience the release.
